To register, we need the following documents:
Completed registration form
Original transfer certificate or interim report card or transcript of grades
Copy of birth certificate
Copy of vaccination record showing proof of measles vaccination
Copy of ID card
If applicable, custody order (only for single parents)
If applicable, certificate of specific learning disability
You can also submit these documents by mail or by email to sekretariat@mindeltal-schulen.de.
